Ball pin is produced by the method of cold forging and local induction hardening, and as a result it ensures reduction of strain in the steering linkage and noiseless work of the suspension.

Tie rod ends stand out for increased core hardness and high durability of external surface as they undergo special thermical processing and are produced of high-quality alloy steel.

Bearings

Brake Hoses

KRONER brake hoses are made of supreme quality caoutchouc standard EPDM, what guarantees: Essential elasticity; Extreme level of frost resistance; Long-term exception of appearing cracks. On the external rubber cover there is a longitudinal line-mark which allows to easily assess if the hose is not overtwisted when installed. Brake hoses KRONER are produced of armoured hose with high-strength double braiding strand.

All suppliers of all components for KRONER brake shoes and pads manufacturing are famous European and American companies: Itaprochim (Italy); Came (Italy); Wurth (Germany); GMT (USA); UTIL (Italy). High technology materials, which improve antinoise characteristics by 10-20%, are used for production of KRONER brake blocks.

CV Joints

KRONER constant-velocity universal ball joints embrace full range of Russian manufacturers’ front-wheel drive vehicles constant-velocity universal ball joints. Manufacturing KRONER constant-velocity universal ball joints are produced of selected materials, and they undergo many specially developed procedures and several tests before getting to the buyer. KRONER company produces and distributes constant-velocity universal ball joints with special molybdic cover in the zone of separator.

CV Joint Boots

Protecting cover is producible of high quality rubber which sustains high tensile load, is also resisting to corrosion (strength characteristics remain in the interval of temperatures from -41 to +100˚С).

Hydraulic Cylinders

Shock Absorbers

KRONER produce two types of shock absorbers: hydraulic and gas charged. Damper struts, cartridges and shock absorbers in one set are offered. All the produced shock struts pass the quality control for tightness, cushioning force and squeeze. All steps of manufacturing, as well as providers of components are certified according to standards ISO 9001:2001 and ISO/TS 16949:2002.

Strut Mounts

KRONER strut mounts include high quality bearings with increased capability to withhold extremely high load. Additionally, new generation rubber is being used in manufacturing goods, thus allowing efficient CV joint operation under high compression and torsion.

Thermostats

KRONER thermostats are made of special materials wich are anticorrosive. The core of thermostat is made of expensive nonferrous alloy, what allowed to increase the endurance more than by 25%.

U-Joints

Reliability and solidity of KRONER crosspieces is ensured by thermal processing. When producing KRONER crosspieces, hydraulic forging of stainless fittings is carried out, what guarantees indisputable quality. The crosspiece is protected by grease from dirt and dust. Alloy of anticorrosive steel guarantees special KRONER crosspieces’ protective properties and resistance to corrosion (based on lab tests, resistance increased by 25-30%).

Water Pumps

KRONER water pumps are produced using enduring rolling bearings and ceramic sealing, which are specially accommodated to hard climate conditions of Russia. Traditionally high standards of German quality and precision provide high reliability for KRONER water pumps. When developing KRONER pumps, such important characteristics like capacity to sustain big differences of temperatures, durability and resistance to corrosion were taken into account and upgraded.
